damoose Says: April 20th, 2006 at 6:55 am Thank you very much. I’m glad I’m not the only one somewhat disappointed with Fishscale. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good album (”Shakey Dog” blew me away), but I almost put the album back on the shelf when I found out that “Charlie Brown” didn’t make the cut. And then that mess about they couldn’t clear the sample. Def Jam’s got more money than…a whole lotta folks. They couldn’t give us this one? Did we really need “Three Bricks?” Well, I’ve heard “State of Grace.” While good, I’d rather reserve my judgement, lest they pull some Republican trickery on us again. |
