No, he’s not the most dependable Rocket, but T-Mac sure as hell knows how to finish games. Ever since he returned from that never-ending knee injury, the Mac Man has made it a bit easier for us to close out games in the 4th. Houston will go all the way to the playoffs and win the west this season.
Here’s hoping he can fully recover and start makings plays like this again:
Ah, the good ol’ days.

I’m not “co-signing” her, but you can’t deny that she brings a certain presence to the game in the 4th. If she continues to come off the bench and Yao continues to dominate the paint aggressively we’ll be straight. I’m most impressed by the younguns on our team: Landry, Scola, and my personal favorite Brooks (the future Allen Iverson)
Golden State is hot, but that’s the least of my worries. We have trouble beating Dallas and we don’t match up well against Phoenix and New Orleans. Other than that, we’re straight bananas this season. What, with Carl Landry and Luis Scola killin’ every game.
T-Mac’s like a nightmare to San Antonio. Dunno why y’all call him a “she-mac” (been too busy focusing on the Boston teams lately) but the guy can be electrifying whenever healthy
T Mac & Cheese???? You can’t be serious bro….when it gets tough his injuries get going. Soon the Rockets are gonna solely build around Yao. And as soon as they have a team built around Yao, his knees will start hurting like Shaq’s do, like Patrick Ewings’ did. Tis the Plague of the big man!
Yao is playing the best basketball of his life. I don’t see him fading away anytime soon.
