My 2 cents on Miss Rap Supreme - Episode 2
Khia responds to her elimination [spotted @ Sound Off]
Man, Khia cracks me up sometimes. I’m surprised they even invited her to the show at all. Serch disqualified her from Miss Rap Supreme for performing one of her older songs when asked to write a fresh 16. So, she lashed out at Serch and Yoyo on her myspace blog.
Besides Khia’s elimination, the only other thing that stands out from episode 2 is this quote from Nicky2States in response to Byata’s suggestion that some of the girls need help:
“If there’s somebody there to help you through each thing, then who are you? Are you you? Or are you us? And then if you’re us, then who the hell are we?”
Wow.
I have to agree with my boy Gotty, if you’re really uptight about what is and what isn’t pure hip-hop this show is not for you. It’s meant to be funny, entertaining, and rife with idiosyncrasies, so take if it for what is.
