Royce da 5′9″ - “Shot Down”
FYI: I’ll continue to post “Love Lockdown” remakes until you’ve become plain sick of hearing that funky 808. Here’s Royce da 5′9″’s gangstafied take on it.

Royce da 5′9″ - The Bar Exam 2 Mixtape

Tuesday, September 16th, 2008

Ah, finally. The much-delayed Bar Exam 2 has arrived. The first Bar Exam, hosted by the legendary DJ Premier, was brilliant from intro to outro. I still play it every now and then. I haven’t heard this one in its entirety, but my expectations are higher than a satellite right now.
